Ixtri Malta is an ecommerce website collaborating with leading Maltese Suppliers and European suppliers to bring you the best beauty brands for all budgets.  We are a family buisness operating under Maltese legislation and registered on Vat Number MT 2439 7518.

We operate from our Retail Cosmetics Store name Kleops which is located at 179, Triq San Edwardu Qormi.

Sales Policy

Customer are asked to provide their details such as name, address, email and contact number to be able to proces the order. The Data may be shared with third parties 

if customer is from Gozo and a deposit locker service or courier is needed to deliver the order.

Delivery

You can purchase  the products that are published on our website by adding them to the shopping cart and proceed with checkout .  For the products that we have in 

stock  in our retail shop  they are delivered  same day after 3pm or next day delivery .

Should a product not be in stock we will contact you if you would like to order the product  or if you wish to  replace it with another  product. 

Delivery is done to all locations in Malta FREE for orders over Eur 20.00.  For purchases under Eur 20.00 a charge of Eur 3 applies.

For Gozo, delivery can be offered at an extra charge of Eur 3.00 when using Malta post safe deposit locker service in Victoria, Eur 5 when using Malta post courier 

service and Eur8.50 when using third part courier service. Customer may use his own courier to collect order from our shop in Qormi

Click and Collect

You can take advantage of click & collect service to reserve a product and collect it from our retail shop Kleops located in Qormi.

Payment

We accept Cash , Bov Mobile Pay , Revolut , Bank Transfer and cheque. Payment can be done when the order is delivered.

Returns

For products purchased locally you may return the products within 15 days however they must be unopened and in their original package and suitable for resale.
